Showa Best Glove has presented this new glove to protect hands -our most valuable working tool- in severe hazard environments due to the use of sharp materials and that, in most cases, they are also greasy, and with a clear tendency to slippage.
This model benefits itself from Showa Best exclusive technology Zorb-It with nitrile foam that is revolutionizing the concept of gloves for safe grip both in dry conditions and with oily or slippery substances. Zorb-It allows for maximum absorption and the dissipation of oil and oily substances to allow better grip of the glove.
Other distinctive features of the product are:
-High performance knitted fabric (gauge 13) which combines Kevlar with stainless steel. This alliance of materials provides a very high cut resistance (level 4, both in the European standard of mechanical, risks, EN 388, as in the cut evaluation of the American ASTM). The performance’s profile of this glove is also maximal in resistance to abrasion and tearing (level 4).
-Ergonomic design. The glove has a perfect fit, ensuring that there will be no irritation; it allows working for long periods without suffering hand fatigue.
-Adhering coating. Built in the palm of the gloves, improves their performance, while reduces the exfoliation of this surface as a result of working activity or washing.
-Stretch-polyester plating on the inside of the liner. It transmits a comfortable feeling to the whole hand.
For its technological attributes, the glove 250 Aegis KVS4 not only offers the best protection, but also has a long life for working in industries such as automotive, metal, glass, or the public sector. Its use is required in applications such as the management of cutting blades, sheet metal stamping, waste collection, handling glass, bottles, or anything that features sharp edges. It is available in sizes 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, with lengths that range from 217-270 mm depending on the size.
